Morag Barrett, Founder and CEO, and her team have more than 50 years of combined executive experience in Leadership and Executive Development. With our extensive background in people development and human resources, we understand the challenges companies face today in developing and retaining the talent within their organizations.

For more than 17 years, Morag has successfully helped people achieve results they didn't think were possible. As a highly effective speaker, trainer and coach, new managers and executives alike look to her because of her credibility, and powerful, yet approachable manner. Morag's experience ranges from senior executive coaching to developing high potential individuals and teams across Europe, America and Asia. She has extensive experience working with key individuals at every corporate level.

Morag draws from a deeper and unique operational skill set than many of her peers in the industry. Her corporate career started in retail banking with Royal Bank of Scotland Group in the UK. With 15 years experience in the finance industry, Morag understands the challenges of running a business as well as the complexities of leading and managing the people that are part of the business. During her finance career, Morag began her journey to leadership success, launching and implementing a quality service program to 3,000 employees. This achievement prompted her to join the New Learning Organization, the bank's training and development department.

Morag subsequently moved to the telecommunications industry and joined Level 3 Communications where she led the leadership development team. Morag also spent time as a successful strategic human resources business partner, which has balanced her overall background and experience.

With her passion for helping others achieve success and a unique gift for teaching results-focused techniques to others, Morag founded Skye Associates LLC. Morag has helped hundreds of individuals and teams achieve more by teaching key professional success techniques that she delivers in individual coaching sessions and training seminars.

Morag earned a master's degree in Human Resource Management and received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. She is also a recognized business coach for the Corporate Coach University and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.
