Whether as a start up or established team, the
Team Development program is an intense, interactive
and fun event. The session will unlock the potential
within your group and ensure that you achieve clarity
and alignment to deliver business results.
Employees at various levels can benefit
from the Skye Associates' Team Development workshop:
Newly formed teams - Clarify your vision,
mission and operating agreements. Set the ground rules
for how your team will work together. Understand the
dynamics and strengths of the individuals who make
up that team.
Teams experiencing a change in strategy or focus
- Use a team session to facilitate the transition
to your new purpose.
Established teams - Review what is working
and what could be improved in your team to effectively
deliver of business goals.
New leaders - A facilitated team session can
ensure expectations are aligned and strengths and
gaps within the team identified.
How We Do It
1. Interview the team leader to understand your business
goals, current obstacles, team goals, interactions and
key stakeholders.
2. Interview key stakeholders to understand their perspective
on your team. This usually includes the team leader's
manager, members of the team and key stakeholders (where
appropriate).
3. Create an agenda that provides insight and clear
actions to ensure lasting results. Team sessions are
typically 1-2 days in length and may include individual
and team assessments (please contact us for a quote
on these assessments).
The agenda for your event may include the following
elements:
