Program Sharing

Small to mid-size organizations can benefit from the business impact of learning with Skye Associates now that we offer a two-day 'Program Sharing' course. We recognize that not every company has a large training budget, or large numbers of employees requiring training. Conducting a generic, standard open course may not be appropriate as well.

With our innovative 'Program Sharing' approach, you can have in-house program with some customized course content and still offset the training cost with other company participants.

How We Do It

1. Companies register individuals with an interest in a specific leadership development program. Groups from non-competing organizations can attend 'Program Sharing' courses.
2. At Skye Associates, we develop the training event from conception to completion, providing some customization to reflect the attending companies' culture and approach.
3. We will deliver the program at a location convenient to all. If a participating company hosts the event, additional fees will be discounted and available to their participants.
4. Skye Associates always evaluates and seeks feedback regarding the measurable, direct and indirect, impact of the program.
5. Provide free online coaching to participants for up to 3 months following the program
