Leadership Development

A key differentiator within successful organizations is the quality of its leadership and management team. A lack of leadership abilities, more than any other single factor, impacts employees' performance, motivation and results. The workshop does not adhere to any one leadership philosophy or approach. It brings together the fundamental skills for building a high-performing team with the latest research and information. Participants are encouraged to bring real world examples to the program to use as the basis for discussion and learning.

Through the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® you can have a better understanding of your individual leadership and communication styles. You will also have an appreciation and understanding of other styles.
