Sales Mentor Process

Skye Associates LLC is licensed by Leader Trends LLC to provide the Sales Mentor Training Program. This program comprises 10 comprehensive modules that together provide for a high impact sales workshop that delivers results. These modules can be facilitated in a workshop format (4 days or 2 x 2 days) or as 10 weekly modules of approximately 2 hours each.

In addition to the core program, participants benefit from a series of telephone coaching sessions. These group coaching sessions support the transfer of learning to the workplace and the development of new behaviors.

The combined program ensures success in a sales role and improved business results.
